Kiahuna Plantation Vacation Rentals - Make Your Reservation.

Thank you for inquiring about renting our Kiahuna Plantation condos#94 and #118 on Kauai near Poipu Beach.

Your reservation will be confirmed with 30% down. The remaining balance is due within 30 days of arrival. There is a one (1) time housekeeping fee of $85 at check-out which includes a mid-stay towel and trash service. The state tax of 11.42% will be added to all reservations.

Cancellation Policy
A full refund (less $50) if cancellation is prior to 60 days of arrival. If canceled within 30-60 days prior to arrival, you will forfeit the 30% down. There is no refund of the 30% if cancellation is less than 30 days prior to arrival. The same is true of a no-show. Cancellation within these guidelines requires written or email notice reaching us within the cancellation guidelines. Thank you for understanding our concerns about any cancellation issues.
