Thank you for inquiring about renting our Kiahuna Plantation condos #94 and #118 at Poipu Beach on the south shore of Kauai.

Reservation Fee

Your reservation will be confirmed with 30% down. The remaining balance is due within 30 days of arrival. There is a check-out cleaning fee of $85. The state tax of 13.42% will be added to all reservations.

Cancellation Policy
A full refund (less $50) if cancellation is prior to 60 days of arrival. If canceled within 30-60 days prior to arrival, you will forfeit the 30% down. There is no refund on the total payment if cancellation is less than 30 days prior to arrival. The same is true of a no-show. Cancellation within these guidelines requires written or email notice reaching us within the cancellation guidelines. Thank you for understanding our concerns about any cancellation issues.
